Payment Options:
At our office - City Hall is located at 300 Monroe Ave. NW and the Treasurer's office is on the 2nd floor. You may also pay by credit card (except for property taxes, click here for credit card option for property taxes); Visa, MasterCard or Discover. You may however use your bank's online bill payment system to pay property taxes, be sure to designate with your parcel number as the account number. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday other than holidays.
- At the Water Business Office - Water/Sewer Bills only - 1101 Monroe Ave. NW, 2nd floor, or drop box. Hours are 8am to 4:45pm Monday through Friday other than holidays, drop box is avaiable 24/7.
- EZ Pay - Water/Sewer Bills only - click here for more information on EZ Pay.
- Mail - please include payment stub & note parcel/account/invoice number on your check - DO NOT SEND CASH
- Drop Box - There is a drop box conveniently located on Ottawa Ave. across from City Hall (look for the Calder statue and you are there!). Use this option to avoid paying for parking!
- Credit or Debit Card - Click here to download a form or contact our office at (616) 456-3020 and we will fax a form which will allow you to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Sorry, this option not available for property tax payments. You may however use your bank's online bill payment system to pay property taxes, be sure to designate with your parcel number as the account number.
- Internet - Visit www.officialpayments.com to pay parking tickets, water/sewer bills and property taxes. THERE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE CHARGED BY OFFICIAL PAYMENTS CORP. Fee schedule provided when making payment.
- Internet - parking tickets only - www.remit-online.com/616001. The fee currently in effect is $3.00 per transaction. Three tickets or fewer can be included in each transaction. Fees are subject to change and will be indicated at time of transaction.
